Welcome to the Training for Trainers area at CICB.com! The objective of CICB's Trainer Programs is to provide a facilitated learning environment for personnel within companies that are not expert trainers in a particular subject, but that have a need to develop the skills and knowledge required to provide training for a particular material handling subject. Through a series of key objectives and adult learning principles, the Programs give each student the tools to help create productive and interactive lesson plans for any of CICB's training programs, or if preferred, CICB will develop a program specific to a particular material handling need.
